In this position you’ll be in charge of driving assigned partnerships with key strategic suppliers in A.S. Watson Group Europe Luxury Division. The primary objective of the role is to manage the accounts of assigned suppliers, which would include business review meetings, deliveries of the contractual international services, issue resolutions and any other supplier related activities. The role also includes leadership of assigned strategic projects related (but not limited) to category growth. You will be exposed to various international and local A.S. Watson Group teams, such as eLab, finance, supply chain and DataLab to drive assigned projects and contractual deliverables. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands on approach since responsibilities include high profile stakeholder management (internally and on suppliers’ side) as well as operational execution of complex international projects including planning, reporting process and various materials preparation.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage the account of assigned international suppliers for A.S. Watson Group Europe Luxury Division.
- Lead delivery of various services as part of the international agreement with suppliers (data sharing, regional eCommerce projects, category workshops etc).
- Support the IB Leadership team in international negotiations preparation which would involve preparing financial packs, aligning countries positions, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Main contact person to internal teams like eLab, DataLab, Supply Chain, Finance for international supplier agreement related matters.
- Analyse and identify regional growth opportunities with suppliers and drive A.S. Watson regional O+O growth framework.
- Support the IB Leadership team in identifying new sales/income growth related projects.

What you’ll need:

- University graduate or equivalent with commercial background and strong interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in Luxury or FMCG industry with solid knowledge of commercial operations preferably with category development expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills paired with the ability to build effective business relationships.
- Experienced, hands-on project management skills. Adept at establishing processes and managing cross-functional teams through significant ambiguity.
- High attention to detail, maintaining the highest standard of accuracy and affinity with numbers in fast pace environment.
- Able to prioritize requests and propose effective service alternatives when necessary.
- Fluent in English. French and other additional languages are considered highly beneficial.
- Excellent command of excel and power point.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels with a positive and professional attitude with high degree of cultural sensitivity.
- Positive attitude and constant energy is natural to you.
- Willingness and flexibility to occasionally travel in Europe.
