Group Head of Operational Resilience

**Your team**:

- Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation, Risk and Tax departments.
- The traditional Business Continuity Management (BCM) unit, established as a Pictet Group-wide function, continues to evolve into the broader domain of Corporate Resilience. In addition to BCM activities across all Pictet Group entities, the new organisation will include coordinating future Operational Resilience activities and objectives.
- As Group Head of Operational Resilience, you will lead the BCM team towards new responsibilities and a wider scope.**Your role**:

- Implementing the Operational Resilience (OR) operating model by defining resilient end-to-end solutions for all ‘Important Business Services’ (IBS).
- Preparing the OR Management Reporting, including Management reviews, Performance against KPI/KRIs, and Compliance.
- Evolving the Group BCM/OR policy, standards, procedures and software solutions.
- Leading the Group-wide BCM/OR programme to maintain regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Evolving the following activities:

- Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Team-level ‘bottom-up’ and IBS-focused top-down analysis with resource dependency mapping and impact tolerance limits.
- Crisis Contingency Plans, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- Crisis Management, BCP and DRP exercises, including end-to-end service-level stress testing.
- BCM/OR awareness programme.
- Providing the crisis/major incident response service, including leading the initial coordination and management support during the incident.
- Managing the Business Traveller support service (medical and security) in coordination with Human Risks and Human Resources.
- Managing the BCM/OR team and collaborating with the BCM/OR business network.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of seven years’ experience in banking operations with strong knowledge of end-to-end banking processes combined with BCM know-how and skills.
- Proven experience as a successful people manager.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead key initiatives and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to express yourself in a structured way, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to travel.
- You are solutions-oriented, proactive and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be able to bring a strategic mindset, together with analytical and technical skills. Another key requirement is the ability both to work efficiently on your own and to work easily with other co-workers.**Note**:
