Who we are looking for

About the Job
Be a major driving force to pursue Symbiotics Asset Management’s path towards sustainable growth of its assets under management.
Leadership skills to align activities to best serve our clients
Solid institutional sales experience and existing network within Switzerland and abroad
Promote Impact investing in market place, more specifically the use of private debt instruments in emerging and frontier markets, based on the SDG framework

Your Qualification

We are looking for a dynamic person who have strong leadership and sales skills, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:
Solid clients/ sales experience in Asset Management and/or Banking
Desire to work in the impact investing space, at the cross-roads between capital markets and the promotion of the SDG’s
Process and results oriented to ensure a proper alignement of activities
Good team spirit, ability to handle multiple-stakeholders’ situation
Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, Finance, International affairs or equivalent qualification and/or experience
Experience in selling emerging market fixed-income investment vehicles, impact investment vehicles, and/or illiquid investment vehicles
Good network in Switzerland for institutional sales (asset managers, wealth managers, pension funds etc.)
Fluent in French and English
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit
