**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du wirkst aktiv im Client Management mit und unterstützt das interne IT Team
- Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen
- Du gewährleistest die Instandhaltung, Reparierung und das Monitoring von den Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
- Du bist zuständig für den 1st und 2nd Level Support und hast gelegentliche Einsätze bei den Kunden vor Ort

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Aus
- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik mit mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung als ICT-Supporter
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in IT-Netzwerk, Routing, Switching, Problem Analysen, Serverinfrastruktur, Windows, Linux und Client Management mit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein und bist bereit, geschäftlich zu reisen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
