Junior PMO

Our customer has initiated a global Business Process and ERP and Procurement Program to globally harmonize business processes and systems. For the ongoing rollout and scale phase, we are looking for a Junior PMO.

**Start**: immediately

**Duration**: 6-12+ months

**Location**: Basel

**Remote/Onsite**: Remote (few onsite workshops)Industry: Pharma

Tasks
- Works closely with Business and IT leads to track project deliverables and tasks
- Ensure project planning is set up and activities and status is tracked and managed
- Support governance structure and reporting
- Prepare top management presentationsStakeholder management and communication

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as PMO in complex projects and programs
- Knowledge of agile working methods like Scrum and/or SAFe
- Understanding of project management processes and methods
- Time management and organizational skills, hands-on mentality
- Communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment in an efficient and accurate manner
- Experienced in using project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Experience in preparation of management presentation, tracking tolls, templates and project frameworks and documentations
- Excellent skills in English spoken and written

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in pharma industry
