Our client is a pioneer in Drug Discovery and Development and one of the frontrunners in Personalised Healthcare. As the world's largest R&D spender in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics domain, they work in a vast number of drug discovery & therapeutic areas and are highly recognized internationally.

For their headquarters in **Basel**, we are currently looking for a:
**Junior Process Coordinator (Chemical Development)**

The position supports the ASPIRE program. The role will support a wide range of activities and deliverables, for example data review, assess and progressing Change Impacts, preparing and participating in user acceptance test (UAT).

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Participate in Local Fit Gap, ensuring implications of Template adoption are understood and participate in identifying change impacts
- Adapt legacy processes for ASPIRE, i.e. contribute to change of legacy SAP processes and support the readiness for ASPIRE
- Actively support local pre-deployment and deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, plan and track local close down and ramp up
- Contribute to country questionnaire, system impact assessment, change impact assessment, data scoping, cleansing and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal
- Actively participate in the extended network to articulate critical local business and reporting requirements
- Identify critical technical gaps (e.g. interfaces and reports) not covered by the global solution and define workaround for technical requirements that can not be integrated in the global solution
- Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required or even create documents by themselves
- Participate in relevant solution tests (SAT / UAT for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute “Day in a life” simulation
- Conduct data and process mapping, analyse and resolve SOD (Segregation Of Duties) issues
- Attend TTT (train the Trainer) and coordinate and deliver local end user training together with Business and IT SMEs and localize training materials

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma, further education or Bachelor degree in any technical environment or administrative environment with good technical understanding
- Min. 1 - 3+ years experience in development software and SAP requirements, within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in process analysis/support and requirements collecting with internal stakeholders
- Experience of working within projects in a matrixed environment and agile set up
- Fluent in German is a MUST and English min. B2 Level needed
