Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as a **Communications Intern **within our General Management department on our Geneva site

Duration: 5-6 months.

Paid internship.

**Global Internship Program**:

**About the Team**:
In General management, we coordinate all the employee-focused activities and external relationships entailing the preparation and coordination of various communication on different internal media.

Within the department of general management, the intern will support the day-to-day management of the Geneva site in the development and implementation of tasks in the fields of graphic design and internal communication.

**Internship Assignment Summary**:

- Design, production and layout of various communication documents
- Presentations
- Implementation of video
- Contribution to the establishment and implementation of the communication plan resulting from the communication strategy
- In-house media update: TV Screens, White Boards
- Adapt Office templates for site-specific use: Word / PPT
- Review and improvement of communication documents to the target audience
- Participation in management committees and ad-hoc support of their communication plan
- Contribution to the evolution of the graphic charter
- Participation in the organization of events
- Other tasks and projects assigned

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party
- Training and/or experience in the field of communication is essential
- Able to work from the office in Geneva by working with Skype, Webex, Teams
- Fluency in French and a minimum of B2 level in English are required
