**Subproject Manager 40-50% (M/F/d) - HERMES 2022/Certification/Project Management/SCRUM/SAFe**

**Project / Role**:
We are looking for an experienced sub-project manager for an exciting project (924032JP) at one of our customers. In this role, you will support the project management in the planning and implementation of software solutions and processes in complex organizational structures.

**Main tasks**:

- Responsibility for project management of the sub-projects “Development” and “Introduction” using agile methods
- Use of HERMES 2022 for structured project management
- Implementation of new software solutions and processes in complex organizations
- Taking on SCRUM roles to promote agile approaches in the project team
- Leading the development team
- Ensuring compliance with security guidelines
- Ensuring the design principles
- Supporting and coaching the PO
- Creating the introduction concept and leading the introduction organization
- Transferring the releases into operational operations

**Requirements**:

- Certification in HERMES 2022
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager
- Experience in managing at least two projects using agile methods
- Experience in implementing new software solutions and processes in complex organizational structures
- Taking on SCRUM roles in at least two projects

**Education**:

- Completed studies or comparable qualification in the relevant field

**Languages**:

- German fluent
- English minimum B2
