Project / Role:

For our client at a federal agency, we are seeking a Project Manager for MDM M365 (Reference No.: 924595OK). The MDM M365 project involves replacing the existing Citrix MDM solution with M365 Intune. The scope of this newly initiated project is limited to the implementation of MDM with Microsoft Intune, the migration of all users to the new solution, and the decommissioning of the existing Citrix solution. The new Project Manager will be responsible for completing the implementation phase, starting January 19, 2026. This phase includes the implementation of email synchronization and the completion of the rollout measures. The rollout and decommissioning phases will follow.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a project manager: At least 6 months of project management within the last 4 years (volume ≥ CHF 400,000) including operational management, stakeholder coordination, and responsibility for deadlines, quality, and budget. Personal contribution documented with project data in the application dossier.
  • Experience with M365 implementations. Demonstrable involvement in the implementation of M365 services: In the last 4 years, at least 2 projects lasting at least 6 months each (volume ≥ CHF 400,000) with a significant contribution to project success.
  • International IT project experience. Demonstrable experience in international IT projects in globally operating organizations: At least one reference project in the last 3 years (volume ≥ CHF 400,000) with a clearly demonstrated personal contribution.
  • Test management experience. Demonstrable experience in test management: At least 2 projects (volume ≥ CHF 400,000) within the last 5 years with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing tests, as well as creating test concepts/plans. Detailed description of personal contributions (e.g., test strategy, test planning, defect management).
  • Certification according to HERMES 5.1 Foundation or higher.
  • German as a native language or several years of residence in a German-speaking area evident in the CV or language certificate B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference CEFR) or higher or comparable.
  • Readiness for Personal Security Clearance (PSP).
