- You will work in Zurich in the Marketing & Digital Sales Services subchapter in Marketing & Digital Sales Region Switzerland and will be integrated into a highly motivated team. Marketing Strategy & Research drives strategic and process-oriented projects in marketing, acts as a link between business, marketing and our clients and supports all Swiss business units (Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate & Institutional Clients) and our agile crews in a wide variety of topics with market research.

**Your expertise**
- several years of experience working in a consultancy or financial institution in an equivalent position
- practical experience in disciplines related to market
- excellent analytical skills as well as a natural disposition and passion for numbers and data and for deriving marketing and business relevant insights and trends
- a strategic and conceptual approach to finding pragmatic solutions to complex problems, e.g., in the areas of organizational and process development
- practical experience in creating top management presentations, very good MS PowerPoint and Excel skills; knowledge of programming languages would be an advantage (Python, R)
- very good communication skills in German (native language) and English
- leadership and management experience
- a university degree
