**Payroll Expert in Global Payroll and Time & Attendance Program**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Instructions and guidelines: Ensure compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Project execution and control: Conducts analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager. Supports strategic project phases and decisions by bringing input that consider stakeholders as well as business needs and is aligned with ABB principles and key directions (ABB Way). Understands and follows defined project timelines, actively participate in evaluation of milestone completion, and providing timely follow-up and resolution. Addresses any blockers and/or problems representing risk for the project timeline. Prepares materials and assists in project reviews.
- Stakeholder relations: Builds and maintains strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicates appropriate information to project stakeholders (mostly internal). Takes active role in collaboration with identified key project stakeholders as well as business and functional representatives to recognize strategic key components and incorporate into decision process. Works seamlessly with external partner on various stages of the project.
- Planning and scheduling: Defines and applies project planning techniques on ongoing projects and drives the updating process. Effectively coordinates related project members and involved parties in planning and control requirements.
- Document Management: Prepares required project documentation, track document progress and follows-up on overdue open points. Controls documentation accuracy and consistency.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration / Finance or other relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in payroll end to end processes, inhouse as well as outsourced, and understanding on dependency with other functions (Finance / IS).
- Good understanding of HR data models necessary for payroll.
- Experience in managing vendors around payroll solutions.
- Proven project management experience and strong knowledge of project methodology and HR Processes.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively and independently across various teams, geogra-phies & cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Detail

- Strong assertive and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English Advanced Level.
