**Procurement Process Excellence & Digital Transformation Intern - 1 year contract**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Facilitating coordination and smooth communication between the PMO and various project teams.
- Coordination and support on day-to-day implementation activities.
- Support in collection and processing of data.
- Support in monitoring and processing all project statuses.
- Logistical support in meetings, workshops and other events
- Support in preparation of project reports and presentations, drafting correspondences.
- Assisting in maintaining project repositories and intranet site
- Performing other duties as may be assigned.

**Your background**:

- Strong sense of duty and responsibility.
- Passion about the details and willingness to work according to standards and quality requirements.
- Ability to interact effectively and build cooperative relationships with different parties.
- Ability to work with MS Office apps (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Ability to organize own work and to work independently, as well as work in a team.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Experience with PMO, project coordination and/or administration, preferably in an international environment, would be advantageous.
- Ongoing or recently completed bachelor’s/master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
