To strengthen our Procurement team we are looking for an intern for 6 months.
You will be part of a specialized team in which you will gather relevant practical experience and insight into procurement processes. For this position we offer a hybrid working model (SIX Office & Home Office).

**What You Will Do**:

- entering data into SAP MM System and ConTracker System (Contract Management Tool) based on requests from organizations
- investigating in case of differences between orders and invoices
- answering questions regarding orders/invoices from own organization and/or suppliers
- finalizing contracts (reviewing of completeness) and create Supplier Assessment in Contracker
- helpdesk inquiries to provide operational purchase support, administration and maintenance
- process Optimizations incl. End to End process quality
