**JOB SUMMARY**
- Daily Revenue Maximization by Yielding hotel Portfolios in Germany and/or Switzerland, including Forecast & Reporting on regular base.
- Analyse future and historical data on various business reports to ensure an optimal price positioning throughout all segments and Distribution channels.
- Develop and implement effective transient & group pricing and selling strategies by following brand standards.
- Utilize all tools to evaluate the hotels position with respect to competition in terms of pricing, market mix strategy, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions in relation to the hotels pricing and market mix strategy.
- Spread a revenue culture within the hotel teams & Corporate Offices to drive total revenue growth.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed Education in Hospitality, economy or commercial Field.
- Minimum of 1 Year Experience in a position with Revenue Management tasks (preferably in Hotel or Airline Industry)
- Analytical and accurate way of thinking, in a Team of 7 international colleagues.
- Knowledge with hotel / RM systems (Channel Manager / RMS / PMS / GDS / Extranet), such as Business
- und Market Intelligence Tools.
- English is a Must in verbal & written Skills; German an very much appreciated Plus.
