**Job description**:

- Support the International E-Commerce Manager with the execution of the global
E-Commerce strategy across the company
- Supporting the E-Commerce platform ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation & captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
- Work closely with all internal departments and provide adequate support and guidance to the Markets (product launches, events, etc.)
- Provide regular analysis, statistics and reports to the management and document the procedures and terms & conditions for all E-Commerce projects

**Profile**:

- Degree in business, marketing, or digital / E-Commerce field
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C in E-Commerce operations
- Knowledge and understanding of Magento, Google Analytics and website content management
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various departments and to coordinate operations with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive with a good team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and French, any other language would be an asset
