**General Manager/Regional Leader EMEA**
The General Manager has responsibility for the Infrastructure business segment regional results. This key position will develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans promoting growth, innovation and modernization. The leader will have demonstrated experience in full P&L responsibility. They will lead by engaging, coaching and developing cross functional teams, ensuring all priorities are aligned to drive improved capabilities, competitive customer excellence and industry best practices in the region.
This role will take responsibility for sales and operations teams across EMEA. The role will work closely with VP Operations and Business Unit leaders to develop operations and footprint strategies to enable growth and product development.
Our EMEA offices are in Neuhausen (Schaffhausen). It will be necessary to work from there some days per week.

Responsibilities:_**
Overview
- Responsible for driving regional P&L results, and reports out on results to Infra leadership team
- Leads regional strategy development
- Responsible for setting and delivering growth targets
- Leads teams to develop product and portfolio in the region
- Responsible for regional pricing strategies
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities of the regional sales team
- Ensure customer relationships are maintained at a high level; inc OEM’s distributors, end customers etc
- Partners with the global VP Operations to develop manage Footprint, Investment plans, plant performance
- Develop tactical plans to achieve business results and provide feedback to global management
- Monitor processes and provide reports on progress and achievement of business objectives
- Provides direction in identifying opportunities for growth with key accounts and key account customers
- Leads production plants in the region
- Responsible for regional sales forecasting and plan preparation
- Support inventory planning and management
- Drive CRM usage

General Management
- Define and develop the regional strategy with complete understanding of trends, areas of opportunity, business drivers and provide clear roadmap for implementing business transformation and change initiatives.
- Serve as an inspirational & influential leader; demonstrating strategic thinking as well as a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
- Define, develop and execute against the business and profitability growth objectives, gaining buy-in from all team members.
- Direct and coordinate all department activities within the region to deliver on financial performance, manufacturing productivity and continuous improvements.
- Deliver profitability objectives while making resource allocation decisions and manages pricing, production costs, and company spending.
- Provide regular updates to Business Segment and Executive Leadership on overall business performance, profitability, KPIs, P&L, customer growth, modernization /expansion efforts, productivity metrics, and safety/quality parameters.
Financial
- Lead, enable, and partner with the finance team, driving the P&L of the business units, ensuring regional goals and objectives align with the broader goals and objectives.
- Establish and execute the regional operating plan and budget, ensuring the attainment of short
- and long-term financial metrics, including revenue.
People/Talent/Culture
- Develop and promote a culture of integrity, innovation, ownership, teamwork, operational excellence and meaningful change.
- Ability to drive organizational and cultural changes needed to achieve strategic objectives while sustaining employees’ engagement.

- Partner with the VP Operations on optimizing the quality, service, regulatory, safety and cost requirements as applicable.
