**Role Title: Pricing Manager, EME**
**Location: This role location can be flexible across the following countries; Switzerland, Finland, France, Germany & the UK**
**Job Summary**
This position would be responsible for the gathering of qualitative and quantitative data and creating tailored reports as well as driving the analysis of discount data, discount effectiveness tracking and management of discount tools and software to support the improvement of profitability via optimization of discount spend. In addition the incumbent of this position will be expected to lead the development of pricing strategies and programs, which directly affect each dealer's ability to sell products and AGCO's ability to drive orders in a timely fashion to minimize disruption to plants. The pricing manager will collaborate closely with AGCO's Sales, Marketing and Finance Teams to deliver increased market share and improved profitability via the optimization of whole goods and component pricing and programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Considering all strategic levers: business economics, customer market, dealer network, competition, and strategic market share and margin goals, set pricing targets and competitive position for assigned product segments
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on market and competitive analysis, as well as future product pricing
- Develop and execute pricing strategy and tactical execution
- Develop sales and discount programs, achieving budget and share goals
- Develop order writing programs to ensure mínimal impact on manufacturing plants
- Develop pricing assumptions for future products
- Analyse product profitability and identify margin-improvement opportunities
- Calculate impact of pricing and program actions in financial statements
- Evaluate and approve Special Pricing Requests and national account pricing
- Annual revenue of series group impacted will be up to $0.5B, depending upon series group size
- Analyse discount program efficiency and effectiveness, including incentives, rebates, discounts, and promotions

**Minimum Qualifications Required**
- Bachelors Degree is essential & a CPP qualification would be desirable
- Experience in pricing within a multi national manufacturing environment
