Wir suchen für die **Wintersaison** **2025/ 2026** eine/n

**Guest Service Agent (m/w)**
- Maßgeschneiderte Gästebetreuung per E-Mail, Telefon, WhatsApp und vor Ort in Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch
- Organisation von Transfers, Aktivitäten, Tickets und Restaurantreservierungen
- Aufbau von Kontakten zu externen Anbietern und Kontrolle der Richtigkeit von Gebühren und Rechnungen
- Assistenz an der Rezeption bei den täglichen Aufgaben
- Einrichtung von besonderen Annehmlichkeiten, um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu erhöhen
- Beantwortung von Online-Gästebewertungen
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gleichen Position in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse (e/d/f)
- Gute EDV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Idealerweise Opera Kenntnisse (Opera Cloud)
- Gästeorientiert, empathisch und präzise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Gästen, Kollegen und anderen Abteilungen
