Join Julius Baer’s dynamic Structured Products Sales team in Zurich as a Junior Sales Professional. In this pivotal role, you will support the distribution of structured solutions to external clients including External Asset Managers (EAMs), private banks, and brokerage firms across Switzerland. Working closely alongside seasoned sales professionals, you’ll play an integral part in client engagement, market outreach, and deal execution.
We are seeking a driven and passionate individual with a strong motivation to excel in a high-performance environment.
Success in this role requires energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, combined with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in building relationships, articulating value propositions, and collaborating effectively within the team is essential. Fluency in German and English, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, will enable you to thrive.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Pricing and executing structured products for Brokers, Banks and EAMs
- Analysis of structured products flow based on client feedback and hit ratio for pricing calibration
- Managing the lifecycle of derivatives products, from inception to maturity
- Identify new business opportunities and create value-added solutions for clients through market research, industry analysis and regular client contact
- Deliver equity, fixed income, and interest rate derivatives solutions tailored to clients’ needs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (trading, risk management and product development teams) to design and deliver innovative structured products that meet the specific needs of our clients
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor / Master degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Understanding of complex financial instruments, including actively managed certificates (AMCs) and other derivatives
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and a talent for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical skills in Excel, VBA and Python
- Fluent in German and English (French or Spanish is a plus)
