Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Zurich, with flexibility for some remote work. The Structured Products Sales professional will drive the development and execution of sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, discussing and structuring financial product solutions, assisting in product implementation, and collaborating with internal teams on trading strategies and product development. The candidate will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- A strong background in Finance and Structured Finance
- Experience with Sales and client management, particularly in financial services
- Knowledge of Trading processes and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Quantitative Finance and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and hybrid work environment
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the digital asset trading or derivatives market is a plus
