**At a Glance**:
We are looking for a Head of PMO and Process Optimisation to drive the discovery and execution of cross-functional projects. Based in our Zurich office, you will set up a brand new team and work closely with global functions, tech teams and regions, to continuously improve our processes including system landscape changes. We are excited to offer this role to a strong project manager with profound knowledge about process optimisation and system transformation.

**Your Team**:
**Your Mission**:

- Be responsible and ensure with your team a consistent and cross-functionally aligned project pipeline, as well as the management of all cross-functional process and ERP-focused projects during discovery and execution phase, as well as deployment and global roll-out
- You are the expert for project management with regards to cross-functional process and system transformation
- Contribute actively to our Operational Excellence targets and future company growth
- Ensure scalability of the organisation by business process management
- Actively lead and coach the team of project management and process management specialists

**Your Story**:

- Great passion and 5+ years of practical project management experience for large process and/or system transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Process Optimisation including respective methods and tool support
- First Team Lead Experience
- Willingness to take ownership of multiple complex projects at a time in different stages and having the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and new ways of working
- Ability to consider both, the details of the day-to-day project management as well as the big picture within out project pipeline
- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills including with senior leadership team members
- Business proficiency in English, German skills are an advantage
