Capgemini has a predominant position as OutSystems partner in Europe awarded for outstanding achievement in practice development, solution creation, and customer success. Our international Low-Code community is connecting more than 200 experts from Portugal and Belgium.

Our Low-Code Competence Center is currently expanding its team by building the local OutSystems Practice in Switzerland. As an OutSystems Technical Lead you will focus on quality project delivery and implementing technical best practices on the way. You will play a key role in bringing to life concept of fast and agile digital transformation, establishing better and truely modern customer experience by speeding up and increasig effectivity of technical development.

Your Key responsibilities.
- Supporting the customer thanks to a strong understanding of the different aspects of solutions on low code platforms, profound understanding of their capabilities and limitations and a deep understanding of contemporary platform-based architectures
- Leading software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, implementation, up to quality assurance and early lifetime support
- Interacting and efficiently communicating with the customers and stakeholders, understanding and translating the requirements into a working solution proposal, proposing methodology
- Leading pre-sales opportunities - solutioning and delivery approach, executing required proof of concepts to showcase the benefit
- Managing the small project team to deliver the assigned project scope and coaching for quality insurance and technical support

What we expect from you.
- 2-3 years or more of OutSystems development experience in building projects
- Solid knowledge of architectural best practices for Reactive Web and Mobile development
- Experience in project delivery of Mobile and Reactive Web Apps with OutSystems
- Experience in multilanguage app delivery (built-in feature) and integration with external systems such as SAP or SharePoint
- Proficiency in Architecture Dashboard and technical debt management
- Previous exposure to CI/CD and lifecycle management on OutSystems (LifeTime)
- Experience with consumption and exposure of REST (OData) and SOAP webservices
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
- Good resilience and organizational skills
- Convincing presentation skills and strong client handling experience
- Fluency in English

Nice to haves
- Certifications of OutSystems Associate, Reactive Web Developer or OutSystems Mobile Specialist, OutSystems Associate Tech Lead, OutSystems Architecture Specialist will be an asset
- Experience with self-hosted OutSystems on Azure Mobile package for store/in-house distribution for Android and iOS
- SSL certificate setup on OutSystems
- Familiarity with other low code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, HoneyCode or Microsoft Power Platform would be an asset
- Additional knowledge of German, French would be a plus
