Titanbay has had a phenomenal first few years, bringing a selection of some of the world’s top Private Equity managers and strategies onto our platform. As such, we are looking to grow our Sales & Distribution team with a Zurich-based Director, Partnerships.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships, fostering relationships with private banks and wealth managers, and expanding Titanbays market presence in the DACH region.

**Overview of the role**

  • This role will focus on the identification and prospecting of new partnership opportunities across the region and will take responsibility for oversight of existing relationships.
  • Be responsible for selling through wealth managers and drive AUM via Titanbays platform
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to support the growth of the business line
  • You’ll take the Titanbay offering and products and translate these into seamless proposals outlining how these benefit our partners
  • Own end to end the partnership process and be accountable for driving AUM in line with targets set out by the business
  • You will develop strategies to grow new and existing accounts with Intermediaries.
  • Analyse partner needs and develop tailored solutions providing timely and accurate reporting on pipeline activities
  • Research target markets, creating distribution presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintain working knowledge of asset management solutions and broader capabilities in order to best serve our partners
  • Create, manage and execute a sales plan focused on delivering AUM at scale
  • Develop the supporting sales, relationship management and service team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and work closely with the compliance team to maintain up to date knowledge of the requirements

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrable experience developing institutional client relationships with a successful track record of delivering AUM
  • You must have a can do attitude, a desire to be successful in a dynamic, quickly growing investment and technology company.
  • Ability to manage complicated prospect and client requirements and support across internal channels
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Other languages such as French and Italian would also be beneficial
  • Strong CRM discipline
