**Your role**
- You will provide legal advice on the digitization of existing and new financial services, building and expanding ecosystems as well as use of emerging technology. This involves close interactions with our agile delivery organization at all Business levels as well as collaboration within the legal department and with other control functions.
- For this role you need:
- an analytical and curious mind,
- strong communication (English and German), collaboration and problem-solving skills,
- solid legal academic skills and
- a forward looking attitude.
**Your team**
- Specialization combined with a good team-spirit enables creative legal thinking and high productivity. This makes our team a strong partner for all digitalization stakeholders.
- The Digital Transformation Legal team covers digitalization projects, incl. ecosystems and cooperations as well as digital assets.
**Your expertise**
- Experience as a lawyer in an international business environment and/or law firm, experience as in-house counsel and exposure to senior management will be a plus
- Proven legal track record in the successful implementation of digital products and services
- Experienced in understanding and assessing technical and operational processes
- Data protection, data security or competition law know-how as well as experience in working in an agile organized environment and legal design thinking will be a plus.
