**Position to be filled: Personal Assistant (f/m/x) -**We are looking for a Personal Assistant (f/m/x) for our client, a growing, international company. The position is located in Mont-sur-Rolle. This is a permanent position. **Missions** Reporting to the directors, you will act as a true partner to arrange business and personal meetings, you will be in charge of: Maintain a reschedule rate for CEO meetings over a rolling 3-month period. - Meeting & Briefing Preparation Deliver clear meeting briefs at least 24 hours in advance for 90% of external meetings. Provide concise summaries of top-priority meetings within 12 hours. - Travel Management Organize all business travel (flights, logistics, agenda, contacts, documents) at least 5 working days in advance, with contingencies included. Achieve >95% satisfaction score on post-trip debrief (your feedback). - Project & Task Tracking Maintain an up-to-date "CEO Dashboard" with priorities, team follow-ups, deadlines, and a weekly digest every Monday morning. Ensure 100% of action items from CEO meetings are captured and assigned within 24 hours. - Proactive Problem Solving Identify and resolve at least 2 recurring inefficiencies in your daily routines or CEO workflows within the first 90 days. Track and flag risks/issues weekly in a shared Notion board or other tool. - Personal Life Support Handle 100% of personal errands and scheduling without needing reminders. Plan personal events or family logistics. - Quarterly Growth & Ownership Propose and own at least one process improvement or system automation per quarter. - Able to work independently and proactively - Know how to manage a CEO's life with both professionalism and humanity - Have 3+ years in a similar role - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), any other language is a plus - Google Workspace - Travel platforms, calendaring and project management tools, and CRMs **Have we piqued your interest?
