**Position summary**

The **Events & Administrative Assistant **will provide high quality & proactive administrative support to the Global Strategy, Marketing & Innovation Team.

**A day in the life of an Events & Administrative Assistant**
- Organize NHSc presence to a list of selected external scientific congresses: with categories and communication alignment leading to great project management experience.
- This important part of your job will interact with a lot of internal and external contacts.
- Prepare budget consolidation for department.
- Track and follow up on budget throughout the year, prepare reports.
- Manage administrative tasks such as product orders and contribute to department's life cycle.
- Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures and conduct appropriate changes.
- Organize and prepare meeting and workshops when required.
- Organize internal or external workshops, events & seminars.

**What will make you successful**
- Confirmed professional experience as an Assistant within Nestlé or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in event and medical congress management is a strong need.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Service-oriented, trustable and open-minded with positive mindset and high sense of confidentiality.
- Diplomacy and excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with ability to work in a multinational, complex environment.
- Service oriented with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, French would be a plus.
