The FP&A Manager role is uniquely positioned to take a holistic view of the entire company’s performance and draw out key insights for the firm’s leadership team. The focus of the role is to support various workstreams in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A, as part of Business Control & Capital Allocation), to support planning workstreams and to update the firm’s leadership team and key stakeholders on the company’s financial performance in a timely manner. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following key tasks:
**Tasks**:

- Lead and manage the close process from the FP&A perspective, ensuring effective collaboration with finance business partners for accurate Actuals interpretation and timely submission of management reports
- Develop reporting models and templates for various planning scenarios (e.g., Roll, Budget, Long-Range-Plan) and translate outcomes into high-quality management presentations, collaborating closely with stakeholders like Strategy and HR
- Ensure system readiness and alignment for scenario submissions, maintaining a comprehensive overview of planned scenarios and versions
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and fulfill requests, utilizing SAP data to explain trends and provide insightful presentations
- Drive ongoing strategic initiatives, updating Line Management and the CFO regularly and assisting in the preparation of leadership team presentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Strategy, Consulting, or related fields
- Telecom industry experience preferred, though not essential
- Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, with prior exposure to SAP systems being a plus
- Strong analytical and written communication skills, with a dedication to achieving departmental and company objectives
- Consistently deliver tasks promptly and to a high standard, taking ownership of workstreams and proactively identifying and addressing risks and opportunities
- Fluent in English
