At a pivotal moment for the department, a rare new opportunity has become available with one of the world’s pioneers in the pharmaceutical industry, as the Associate Director of Clinical Bioanalysis, supporting their first-in-class pipeline of molecules including many niche modalities including cell and gene therapies and oligonucleotides. This role brings the opportunity to transform and innovate bioanalytical strategies for projects across clinical development.

You will hold a critical role in the collaborative effort to develop innovative analytical approaches for molecules with breakthrough potential. Leading an experienced and intelligent team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive high-potential molecules towards and beyond submission.

**As Team Lead, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading the entire strategy for biological assays, supporting a diverse range of biologics including monoclonal antibodies, oligonucleotides, and cell & gene therapies
- Driving projects throughout the entire clinical development process, from phase I - IIV
- Asset integration for the acquisition of new entities, as well as taking part in consortiums for shaping the future of new types of modalities from a bioanalysis perspective
- Line managing a high-performing and established team, split internationally
- Leading the submission activities for global health authorities

**You will bring to the role**:

- Strong scientific background demonstrated by either a Ph.D./MSc
- Experience with GCP environments, as well as ligand binding assays and immunogenicity
- Demonstrated leadership and development skills for teams of at least 3 individuals
- Solid experience working with therapeutic antibodies or other biologics, in clinical development
- Fluent in English
