**Internal Auditor / Investment Controller**

**Overview of contract**

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for an Internal Auditor / Investment Controller for the Asset Management area of the bank

This is a 6-month contract based in Zurich

**Main responsibilities**
- Daily monitoring of adherence to investment guidelines of discretionary mandates as well as Swiss, Luxembourgish and Irish funds using the investment management platform
- Daily analysis of compliance alerts
- Triage alerts into active, passive or no breach (data or other issues)
- Follow-up with the portfolio manager and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Follow internal processes and procedures

**Your skills**:

- University degree or equivalent education
- 4-7 years of experience in financial industry, in portfolio management, compliance, risk, internal audit
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Investment Guideline Monitoring, investment compliance
- Understanding of financial instruments including derivatives
- Evidence of understanding of the regulatory environment such as the Investment regulations for pension funds and collective investment schemes (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland)
- Exposure to investment management platform Aladdin is a plus
- Fluency in German and English is a must
