Dübendorf When:1 July 2026 or upon availability Your mission:As a Senior Internal Auditor, your role is to safeguard and enhance organizational value by delivering objective, risk-based assurance, insight, and advisory services in all Skyguide locations.Your tasks:Plan and execute internal audits in alignment with the annual audit planAssess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processesIdentify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiencyDeliver clear, structured, and insightful audit reports for various hierarchical levels (incl. BoD)Track progress of management actions to ensure timely resolutionPresent audit topics in high level meetingsFoster collaboration across departments to strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability, and complianceWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and aviation affinityProfessional certification CIA and preferably additional certifications like CPA, CFE, CISA3-5 years of experience in internal auditing within an industrial companyExperience in Data Analytics as well as in AI are assetsProblem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured wayTeamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactionsProficient in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal and report-writing skills.
