About the job
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is seeking senior Management exposure, global assignments, and a steep learning curve. For the right individual, Internal Audit will be a steppingstone to future responsibilities and a leadership role, where you would:
- Plan and execute global assignments covering diverse topics from customer facing activities, to manufacturing and supply chain, finance & administration, technology, human resources and third parties- Work independently and as a team with all levels within the Company, including senior management, across global locations- Propose ideas for relevant audit areas to the annual plan and deliver internal audits in line with the company guidelines- Manage large volumes of data and/or information to obtain insights on audit topics, then summarize and use to support audit findings- Actively follow-up on previous and open audit findings, as well as recommend business relevant and practical solutions to Management to mitigate risks in the audit reports- Be agile to work on ad-hoc requests, in addition to the audit plan, in line with evolving business risks and needs- Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies and cultures, build relationships and bring people together to improve the overall “control culture” in the company
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in business accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a certified internal auditor (CIA) qualification- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Audit or Consulting or business operations, ideally with experience in Manufacturing/ FMCG business (gained at a leading Consultancy/ big 4 firms and/ or Blue Chip Companies)- Ability to be assertive, constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders- Strong business and commercial acumen- A proactive, independent, and consulting-style mindset- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience working with SAP, BW and data analytics. Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel- Flexibility and readiness to work in a truly global environment (international travel 30-40%)- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently, with all levels of the organization- Curious, forward-thinking, innovative, and creative approach to all tasks with a can-do attitude- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to boil down complex issues into simple messages and recommendations- Fluent in English, both written and oral - additional languages a plus
