Nous ouvrons un poste de **Change Manager Microsoft 365** afin de piloter l’évolution, l’adoption et l’optimisation des outils collaboratifs (Teams, SharePoint Online.). Le rôle vise à soutenir les projets liés à la communication, à la collaboration et à la productivité des utilisateurs, en assurant coordination, suivi et accompagnement des parties prenantes internes comme externes.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Suivre et intégrer les nouvelles fonctionnalités de Microsoft Teams, Windows Studio Effects et SharePoint Online.
- Piloter le déploiement de Copilot : cadrage, tests pilotes et coordination avec Microsoft et les équipes internes.
- Mettre en œuvre des actions d’accompagnement au changement : communication, documentation, formation.
- Animer des ateliers utilisateurs et sensibiliser aux nouveaux usages collaboratifs.
- Garantir la conformité des projets aux standards de sécurité et de gouvernance.
- Coordonner les prestataires externes et assurer le suivi des livrables.
- Collecter les retours des utilisateurs et piloter les plans de remédiation.
- Produire un reporting régulier sur l’avancement, les risques et les résultats des projets.

Bonne maîtrise des environnements Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot).**
- Connaissance des pratiques Digital Workplace et des enjeux de sécurité/compliance M365.
- ** Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet (planification, coordination, suivi).**
- ** Solides compétences en accompagnement au changement (communication, formation, adoption).**
- Capacité à élaborer des livrables clairs et structurés (documents, tutoriels, reportings).
- Aisance dans l’animation de sessions utilisateurs et d’ateliers collaboratifs.
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles et pédagogiques, avec une orientation utilisateur.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des interlocuteurs métiers, IT et partenaires externes.
