Vous avez une expérience axée sur l’analyse de données et êtes sensible aux enjeux des fonctions achats et digitales ?

Vous êtes doté(e) d’excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, qui vous permettent d’agir efficacement avec des équipes variées ?

Orienté(e) outils, vous êtes force de proposition dans une optique d’améliorer nos services ?

Fiable et pédagogue, vous êtes en mesure de proposer vos recommandations ?

Vous accompagnez efficacement les équipes dans un contexte de transformations et d’évolutions ?

Flexible et réactif(ve), vous savez prioriser vos tâches ?

Vous maitrisez l’anglais ainsi que les outils tels que Power BI et SAP ?

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?**

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats Indirects de la Maison, vous êtes le/la garant(e) de la compliance sur les process achats de la Maison, tout en assurant l’appropriation de nouveaux outils et l’efficacité des données achats.

En ce sens, vous définissez, implémentez et garantissez la compliance achat au regard des audits menés par le groupe. Vous identifiez les attendus et définissez les actions à mettre en œuvre. Vous favorisez notamment la digitalisation des process et accompagnez le changement auprès des équipes. Vous contrôlez le respect des procédures et développez les plans de progrès.

Dans une optique d’améliorer notre suivi et nos activités, vous définissez des KPIs pertinents et améliorer nos process data pour standardiser nos pratiques. Vous facilitez le partage de données des équipes achats et assurer un reporting régulier.

Enfin, pour améliorer notre fonctionnement interne, vous proposez des outils et méthodologies permettant de gagner en efficacité sur nos processus. Vous animez les sessions de formations relatives à ces nouveaux outils.
