- Verantwortung für Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung des Produkts „Digital Status Check“ (DSC) - eines SEO-Analyse
- und Optimierungstools für KMU.
- Definition und Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie Umsetzung gezielter Massnahmen zur Steigerung der Tool-Nutzung.
- Planung und Durchführung regelmässiger Schulungen, Produktdemos und Enablement-Massnahmen für Sales, Marketing und Customer Success.
- Weiterentwicklung des Tools in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Technologiepartner sowie internen, cross-funktionalen Teams - angepasst an die Bedürfnisse von localsearch.
- Identifikation von Verkaufspotenzialen anhand von Tool-Daten und Bereitstellung dieser Insights für die relevanten Vertriebskanäle.
- Optimierung der Prozesskette vom Verkaufsabschluss bis zur Produktproduktion, inkl. gezielter Erweiterung des Tools für zusätzliche Marketingkanäle und eine effizientere Kundenbearbeitung.

Markt-Denker:in, Produkt-Allrounder:in, Technologie-Liebhaber:in, Lösungsfinder:in **und begeisterst uns mit**:

- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Produkt
- oder Projektmanagement
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungs-, Organisations
- und Analysefähigkeiten, gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Dynamik und Wachstumsorientierung
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools sowie technisches Verständnis für deren Konzeption und Umsetzung
- Erfahrung in SEO, digitalem Marketing und mit SaaS-Produkten von Vorteil
- Freude an der Optimierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
