Für unseren Standort in Visp suchen wir eine/n Head QC Microbiology mit fundierter Führungserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Leitung der Abteilung QC-Mikrobiologie inklusive Monitoring Programm
- Entwicklung der Strategie der QC-Mikrobiologie
- Führen von Teams und Mitarbeitenden über mehrere Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Operative Führung und Ergebnisverantwortungsowie Budgetverantwortung für den zugeteilten Bereich
- Sicherstellung der Compliance sowie der Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards des unterstellten Bereiches
- Sicherstellung der mikrobiologischen Routineanalytik für alle Betriebe am Standort Visp im cGMP Umfeld
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der wissenschaftlichen Kompetenz im Bereich Mikrobiologie
- Verantwortlich für die Gewinnung, Weiterentwicklung und Förderung des Personals
- Implementierung von Innovationen zur Effizienzsteigerung

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Fundierte Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der strategischen Organisationsentwicklung
- Freude am Vorantreiben von Veränderungsprozessen
- Dynamische, entscheidungsfreudige und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
