Our client is seeking a
Scientist with experience in QC Microbiology
, who is fluent in both
German and English.

General information:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract duration: 9 months
  • Location: Visp
  • Hybrid: 100% on-site preferred (max 2 days home office)

Duties:

  • Technical representation of QC Microbiology during internal reviews, customer meetings, audits, site visits, and inspections
  • Scientific SME support for project-specific microbial analyses, including monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating the implementation of improvements
  • Coordination of work packages assigned to business units (BUs), ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives
  • Facilitation of communication across interdisciplinary teams (e.g., studies, validation/verification, deviations, transfers)
  • Continuous improvement of QC Microbiology processes in line with regulatory standards and industry best practices

Skills and qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of xperience in QC Microbiology or a related scientific field
  • Strong knowledge of microbial testing, validation, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Language skills: German preferred; English proficiency required
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
