Head Quality and OPEX | (m/w/d) - 100% **Standort**: Kanton Zürich, Schweiz Aufgaben - Führung des Quality und EHS-Bereich mit Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität. Normen, interne und öffentliche Richtlinien und Anweisungen sowie das integrale Unternehmensmanagementsystem dienen als Grundlage. - Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Pläne für spezifische Bereiche wie Qualitätsverständnis, Sicherheit, Fehlermanagement und Prozesse, einschliesslich gezielter Unterstützung und Schulung und Ausrichtung von geeigneten Zielen. - Führen Sie firmenübergreifende Projekte und Qualitätsinitiativen in Absprache mit dem Geschäftsführer Operations und allen relevanten internen Parteien (Verkauf, Technik, Einkauf, Projektleitung, Service und Produktion) durch. Verantwortung und Mitbetreuung von anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten. - Führen Sie Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen durch, implementieren, überwachen und schulen Sie geeignete Qualitätsmanagement-Tool. - Einführung geeigneter Qualitäts - und Leistungskennzahlen inklusive Monitoring, sowie Auditing (intern + Extern) - Entwickeln und optimieren Sie das CMS kontinuierlich gemäss den Normen ISO 9001/14001/45001 und sowie implementierung und Weiterentwicklung aller erforderlichen Prozesse und Tools. Qualifikation - Erfahren in Technik mit höherem Abschluss und Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und der Qualitätssicherung in einem industriellen Umfeld. - Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz von mindestens 5 Jahren in der Mitarbeiterführung und Projektleitung. - Fundiertes Wissen in der Anwendung von etablierten Methoden wie Lean Management, KVP und Hoshin-Kanri. - Ein dynamischer und ergebnisorientierter Führungsstil, sowie gute Kommunikations - und Durchsetzungsfähigkeiten. - Offen, kontaktfreudig und sprachbegabt in Deutsch und Englisch. - Flexibilität für Geschäftsreisen ins Ausland. **Benefits**: - Neuaufbau Prozesslandschaft sowie "Freiraum" für Ideen und Imrprovements
