**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, as Global Employer Brand Manager and Community of Practice Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and implementation of ABB's employer brand across global markets. You will oversee the development and enforcement of tailored EVP (Employer Value Proposition) guidelines, promote inclusivity, and ensure the strategic positioning of the employer brand. This role involves managing branding standards, segmenting target audiences, leading global campaigns, and engaging with talent communities. Additionally, you will create onboarding programs and train local Employer Branding (EB) teams to maintain consistency and effectiveness in branding efforts worldwide. The work model for the role is: #LI-remote You will be mainly accountable for: - Lead the strategic development and enforcement of tailored EVP guidelines to enhance ABB’s employer brand globally and champion inclusivity across all employer branding initiatives to ensure diverse and inclusive talent attraction. - Oversee the management and maintenance of branding standards to ensure consistency and alignment with ABB’s global vision, strategically positioning the employer brand to attract and retain top talent across various regions. - Segment target audiences to tailor messaging and branding efforts effectively, and document and communicate global employer branding strategies to guide regional teams on branding guidelines, best practices, and strategic initiatives. - Lead and manage high-impact global employer brand campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement, while engaging with relevant talent communities and industry groups to strengthen ABB’s employer brand presence. - Collaborate with senior HR and recruitment leaders to align employer branding strategies with overall talent attraction and retention goals. **Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in employer branding, with significant experience in global implementation and leadership roles and a deep understanding of branding standards, EVP development, and global talent attraction strategies and, with a solid proven track record of developing and implementing inclusive and innovative branding strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using employer branding tools and platforms, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
