Per 01.10.2025 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine:n umsetzungsstarke:n Head of Brand and Communications.

Als Head of Brand and Communications übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Kommunikation von gebana. Du entwickelst und steuerst unsere Markenpositionierung, erzählst unsere Geschichten authentisch und wirkungsvoll, stärkst unsere Community und entwickelst unser Kommunikationsteam weiter. Du bist Teil des Führungsteams und gestaltest die Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mit.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Markenführung: Du entwickelst die gebana-Markenstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie dem Verwaltungsrat weiter und setzt sie um. Du verankerst die Marke gebana firmenintern.
- Markenidentität: Du verantwortest für den visuellen Auftritt sowie die gebana-Sprache.
- Kommunikation: Du verantwortest die interne und externe Kommunikation - von PR und Medienarbeit über Newsletter, Website, Social Media bis zur Kampagnenentwicklung.
- Storytelling: Du entwickelst und realisierst inspirierende, authentische Geschichten entlang unserer Wertschöpfungskette.
- Führung: Du leitest und entwickelst das Kommunikations
- und Creative-Team weiter.
- Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Produktentwicklung, Logistik, E-Commerce und unseren internationalen Standorten zusammen.
- Impact: Du baust die Community
- und Impact-Kommunikation mit Blick auf Wirkungstransparenz auf und entwickelst sie weiter.

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in strategischer Kommunikation, Markenführung und Content-Entwicklung - idealerweise in einem internationalen oder sozial-ökologischen Kontext.
- Du kommunizierst ausgezeichnet in Deutsch (Muttersprache oder auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) und Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse). Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Markenidentität und visuelle Kommunikation.
- Du denkst strategisch, bist umsetzungsstark und hast gutes Gespür für Sprache, Narrative und Zielgruppen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Zusammenarbeit über Kulturen hinweg.
- Du bist affin in allen digitalen Kanälen, Social Media und modernen Kommunikationsformaten.
- Du begeisterst dich für Nachhaltigkeit, Wirtschaftsethik und gesellschaftlichen Wandel.
