Global Brand Communications Manager

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Develop the Communication & PR strategy and editorial calendar for the brand aligned with its positioning, vision and goals.
- Craft compelling narratives and editorial angles that resonate with luxury and beauty, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Lead the 360 PR and Communication strategy for the main brand partnerships and its communication maximization across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate communications strategies into overall brand campaigns.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials that highlight product launches, brand milestones, and events.
- Manage press inquiries, interviews, and speaking points for brand spokespeople.
- Monitor media coverage globally and provide insightful analysis to refine PR strategies.
- Coordination and daily support of the markets in the implementation and execution of Communication & PR strategies.
- Lead the development and production of all PR assets, in collaboration with our internal Creative Studio or external partners.
- Collaborate transversally within the Global Communications Team to amplify initiatives across the department.
- Management and support of global events related to institutional projects: partnerships, store openings, brand news.
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to potential issues, ensuring brand reputation remains intact.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Minimum of 5 years of international experience (HQ) in the field of Communication and PR (Global Role) for a luxury brand.
- Coordinated a local network of PR agencies or internal teams before.
- Successfully led tracking and ROI of PR campaigns and have a strong understanding of media coverage analysis.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral - in English and are capable of writing press releases, speeches and interviews.
- High creativity, willingness to present new disruptive ideas and think out of the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You value team transversal collaboration and collaborative value creation throughout your projects - being a hands-on team player is a must.
