We're Hiring: Remote Brand Manager (Switzerland-Based)

Are you a creative strategist who knows how to build, elevate, and protect a brand across every touchpoint? We're seeking a Remote Brand Manager to take ownership of brand consistency, positioning, and messaging — while working flexibly from anywhere in Switzerland.

Location: Remote (Must reside in Switzerland)

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute brand strategies across all channels


• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging internally and externally


• Lead cross-functional initiatives with design, content, and marketing teams


• Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine positioning


• Oversee brand guidelines and manage brand performance metrics


• Support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns

What You Bring


• 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications


• Strong storytelling and creative direction skills


• Excellent understanding of digital and traditional brand-building channels


• Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail and design


• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus


• Based in Switzerland and eligible to work remotely
