The Global Creative content & social media manager will play a key role in elevating La Prairie’s brand desirability and digital presence by shaping innovative global content strategies, delivering high-performing social media initiatives & contents, and ensuring a seamless balance between image excellence and business KPIs. The mission is to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with luxury skincare consumers worldwide, while ensuring alignment with La Prairie's brand strategy and values, under the communication & image VP supervision. How you will create a beautiful impact: Trend Detection & Strategic Planning: Detect, analyze and share key industry and social media trends within the company, shaping forward-looking strategic planning. Global Content Strategy: Build and lead La Prairie’s global content strategy across all channels, ensuring creativity, luxury codes, and relevance in the digital landscape. Social Media Performance: Drive and monitor the global social media strategy, delivering strong results on image, and engagement KPIs. Content Creation & Agile Production: Oversee and contribute to the creation of content across platforms (editorial, visual, video, social). Ability to produce, edit, and deliver agile formats (short video, reels, livestreams, mobile‑first content). Community Management: Ensure global excellence in community engagement, social calendar build up, SEO writing, and digital storytelling that fosters meaningful consumer connections. Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Retail & Digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless activation of campaigns across regions. Governance & Brand Sensitivity: Safeguard brand standards while pushing digital boundaries, ensuring that content reflects the essence of La Prairie and amplifies its luxury positioning. Leadership: Inspire and guide global and regional teams, building a culture of innovation, agility, and digital‑first thinking. Collaboration and Relationship Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging and work closely with the creative team to produce and provide timely assets. What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent: 3-5 years of experience in Content Creation and Community Management Experience in the beauty and/or luxury industry compulsory Proven record in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles. Proven record in social media calendars Creative thinker with a passion for writing and marketing Strong video and content editing with a keen eye for detail. Fluent English; additional French/German a strong plus.
