**Product Manager - Onshore Chargin Electrical Systems (flexible location)**:

In this role you will work in an international and dynamic working environment in the marine industry, which is rapidly changing for more sustainable solutions. You have the opportunity to become an important contributor to further accelerate the transition to low and zero emission shipping, as well as the opportunity to develop your career in a global company. This role is open globally, but location is preferably set in Finland (Helsinki), Norway (Fornebu/Uslteinvik) or US (Houston).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Building a roadmap and product portfolio for onshore charging electrical systems
- Managing the development and taking ownership of relevant products and solutions
- Supports the product development process from project specification to product launch
- Support our global sales teams in selling of electrical shore charging systems
- Mapping shore charging system requirements for different vessel types and operations
- Propose R&D tasks for new products and variants and consults with R&D and other functions on projects
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate information and data about technologies and market
- Maintain and share technical know-how at regarding the product
- Refinement of existing and development of new sales support and engineering tools

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in electrical, or control engineering
- 3 to 6 years of experience in electrical engineering within marine systems or similar.
- Relevant experience from DC power systems, in either system design or engineering is of particular interest
- Ability to work alone and in a structured team
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
