**Your role**
- Are you an experienced project manager with a track record of delivering simplification programs that reduce complexity and enhance clarity and agility?
- Are you interested in supporting our firm’s organizational and cultural transformation and delivering on related strategic change initiatives in a dynamic and diverse environment?**Your team**
- We are looking for a program manager to:
- Manage aspects of complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues and remediation thereof
- Liaise with Stream and Pod leads to ensure successful end to end delivery.
- Create and maintain the schedules by working with the SME’s and core team members to provide input on key tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Lead meaningful standup/status meetings including previous to discuss accomplishments, upcoming activities, issues, risks and financials
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure full transparency and collaboration.

**Your expertise**
- ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in the Financial Services industry
- experience in change execution, change and project management
- strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in using PowerPoint to develop key presentations for senior management, Excel to compile and analyze data, and PowerPoint to develop presentations
- ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources, connecting the dots to understand the strategic objectives in order to deliver sound proposals and solutions
- ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- excellent analytical and decision-making skills and experience
- ability to successfully prioritize and balance different requests
- Basic understanding of corporate governance concepts is an asset
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- experience in running Agile delivery is preferred
