**What You'll Do**:
The Channel Sales Leader in Cisco is the key contact for our Partner and will be responsible for firstly owning and nurturing the key senior relationships in the account and secondly building and leading the execution of the GTM strategy.
Your success will reflect in sales achievements, team performance and long term customer relationships and satisfaction.
In This Job You Will
- Focus on an outstanding partner experience and become your partners’ trusted advisor across Sales, Marketing, Propositions, Portfolio and Operations
- Own and develop the Partner Plan Strategy to drive incremental business for both our companies. Through a deep understanding of the partner business, define the transformational GTM strategy that will ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded
- Manage a team of Partner Account Managers focussed on business regions/segments
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive differentiation.
- Work closely with the Cisco Service Creation teams, to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services (Managed or packaged resale).
- Work closely with the Cisco Sales stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy
- Deliver accurate business metrics, both qualitative and quantitative
- Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, partner needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.
**Who You'll Work With**:
You will be working for the Cisco organization in Switzerland, covering all in-country channel partners. You will be part of the Swiss Leadership team, owning the Service Creation and GTM strategies and execution across all Cisco architectures including: Collaboration, DC, Cloud, Security, and Enterprise Network Solutions.
**Who You Are**:
- You bring at least 10 years of sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business
- Sales Management experience
- Minimum BSc. degree in a business field or equivalent
- Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Have experience in driving cross functional teams in Product Management, Service Creation, or equivalent project based roles
- Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer
- Write and speak German and English fluently
- Good presentations skills
