TheOps Performance Manager Austria and Switzerland is placed within our Operations Performance& Productivity division and is directly reporting to the Regional Lead Performance Europe 1 (DACH& EE)& Global Lob Home. The role is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of accurate and timely reports for all LoBs in the Austrian& Swiss BUs and manages the teams of those BUs directly as their global lines functional manager and legal entity manager. In addition, it plays a pivotal role to ensure the maximum of automation and harmonization of the Austrian& Swiss reporting landscape.
The role requires strong leadership and change management skills as well as excellent analytical skills with affinity to IT and new technology and an agile mindset aiming for continuous improvement and excellence at every touchpoint. It’s essential to communicate well in English and German to convey complex information effectively considering the audience. Ultimately, the Team Lead Performance Austria& Switzerland plays a critical role in providing actionable insights from the Austrian& Swiss BUs to support informed decision-making across the organization and the achievement of our global strategic goals.
Primary objectives include the animation of the team to define, collect and monitor operational and transformational KPIs of the Operational department of Allianz Partners as well as delivering KPI reports to ensure sound decision making - all within the scope of the Austrian& Swiss BUs. In addition, this role includes continuous analyses with LoBs to interpret KPI trends and identify improvement areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (within the scope of the Austrian& Swiss BUs):
**1. RUN**: Ensure delivery of all relevant reports (external& internal) in time, quality& budget
**2. CHANGE**: Foster efficiency of performance reporting by implementing global assets& tools and actively shape the harmonization by bringing up best-practices and practical approaches to increase efficiency
**3. TRANSFORM**: Push for context driven reporting throughout all layers and dimensions with deep analytics and consistency across steering forums to provide actionable insights to support value based decision making across the organization
**4. LEADERSHIP**: Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of trust, entrepreneurship and technical excellence that improves AES (Allianz Engagement Survey) scores. Be an ambassador of Allianz Partners and a role model for our values while creating a high-performance culture and team. As Global Lines Functional Manager the role sets& track priorities for the team.
**5. COLLABORATION**: Collaborate closely with other Operations and non-Operations departments to gather data, align financial strategies and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and hence to the overall success of Allianz Partners.
**6. DEVELOPMENT**: Lead the design and creation of reports to meet the information needs of Allianz Partners and external stakeholders considering global assets& tools with maximum automation and local shaping where required and/or beneficial
**7. PLANNING& FORECASTING**: Support planning& forecasting by providing comprehensive performance data along with deep insights and simulation in close collaboration with workforce management, productivity and other Operations teams
**8. PERFORMANCE MGMT**: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting functions.
**9. DATA ANALYSIS**: Oversee data analysis processes to ensure accuracy, relevance and reliability of the reported information.
**10. PROCESS MGMT**: Actively contribute to the design, development, and foster continuous improvement of reporting processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
**11. QUALITY**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the reported data.
**12. TECHNOLOGY**: Stay up to date to the newest reporting tools and technologies and in consequence integrate innovations to improve reporting capabilities.
**13. DATA SECURITY**: Implement measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in reporting processes.
**14. COMPLIANCE**: Ensure reporting practices adhere to industry regulations and organizational standards of Allianz Partners.
**15. COMMUNICATION**: Effectively communicate complex data insights to all relevant stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
**16. STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT**: Align reporting initiatives with strategic objectives of Allianz Partners to contribute to the overall business success.
**17. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT**: Provide training and support to the Performance team in the Austrian& Swiss BUs to enhance their reporting skills and capabilities
For this position we offer a minimum gross annual salary of €71,000 (incl. variable component). Possibility of overpayment depending on education and professional experience.
