Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for boosting business value through AI by driving impactful transformation across the organization. This role plans and executes the tailored embedding of AI into the organizational fabric, creates measurable business value and an innovative mindset across all functions in close collaboration with HR and training functions. The AI Transformation Lead will spearhead AI adoption initiatives, educate and empower AI Ambassadors, manage strategic campaigns, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.

Your Tasks- Drive AI adoption across the organization by identifying and realizing tangible benefits in the business
- Define concept with clear targets, personas, and baseline KPIs to guide AI adoption and track progress
- Coordinate and enable local AI champions to maximize impact and ROI within business units
- Collaborate closely with training and communication teams to design and execute tailored AI skills development and awareness programs, including for leadership functions
- Establish, curate, and manage AI training content and initiatives
- Lead and manage campaigns such as AI innovation awards to promote and recognize AI excellence
- Embed responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical, legal, and security compliance
- Measure and communicate the impact of AI projects on business performance and strategic objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through AI-driven change management What You Need to Succeed- Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI or related STEM field
- Strong project and change management expertise
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse levels, cultures and audiences in English (business fluent), German is a plus
- Prior hands-on experience in AI-related projects, from concept through deployment, is preferred
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and training programs
- Data-driven mindset linking AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes
