**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**
The Group Marketing Communications (Group MarCom) team within the Group Communications function is in charge of protecting and reinforcing the METTLER TOLEDO brand globally in all aspects of the Corporate Identity and the Corporate Design. To strengthen our Team we are looking for a proactive person as a Graphic Designer 100% (all genders)
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Create and design layouts for various marketing collaterals, including (but not limited) to social media graphics, website visuals, infographics, product brochures, guides, posters, flyers, presentations, and interactive content
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams to translate strategic objective into compelling visual solutions
- Maintain brand consistency: exercise quality control of own work to ensure compliance, ensure all digital designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects: effectively prioritize and manage several design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
- Drive digital innovation: proactively research, experiment and propose solutions with emerging digital design trends, AI tools, and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront
- Stay ahead of the curve: continuously learn and adapt to new software, design methodologies, and technological advancements in the digital design and AI space
**What You Need to Succeed**
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- You have at least 5 years of proven work experience from working in a creative agency or a corporate B2B environment (strong portfolio showcasing digital graphic design work, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail)
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and ideally in Canva
- You can rapidly adopt and integrate AI tools and have a strong understanding of typography, color harmony, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Furthermore you have excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate design concepts
