ROLE OVERVIEW:
Sales Responsibility
- Responsible for success and performance of the Boutique
- Responsible for Boutique Commercial plan, implementation, and results monitoring
- Needs to deliver strong personal business numbers to support and lead sales by example
- Overseeing and assisting in stock takes
Luxury Retail Experience Responsibility
- Ensure that customer experience is tailored to Luxury Maison brand standards
- Sales Floor
- Back office
- Operations
- Client Relationship
- Responsible for merchandising the store so that all display cabinets are always full, the most performant and always presentable in the best way
Boutique Operations, Retail back office and Procedure Responsibility
- Ensuring Compliance with ALL Richemont / Watchfinder process and procedure
- Overseeing and being accountable for cash handling and the tills
- Managing PDQ receipts - storage and transportation
- Regularly liaising with the Swiss country manager to discuss, review and implement necessary changes to strategic or procedural planning
Boutique team performance and well-being responsibility
- Coaching the teams and monitoring performance through planning and development areas
- Appraising positive results achieved by employees
- Creating and managing staff rotas so that cover is provided at all times.
- Coordinating daily meetings, appointment planning and reports
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Build high performing teams: Attract people with a winning attitude to succeed; develop and drive individual and team performance through an open feedback culture. Responsible for identifying top and rising talents and developing them in collaboration with HR.
- Provide leadership and direction for the teams ensuring they have clarity and are enabled to successfully drive and support the overall company direction.
- Set individual objectives and KPI’s, provide guidance and conduct regular appraisals of team members, ensuring the proper development of personnel and supporting the growth of talents
- To utilise staff from both stores to help with cover and best practice sharing.
