Now, we are looking for an **Operations Manager** to **lead and oversee our entire operational workflow** - from managing inventory and logistics to ensuring smooth food truck operations at events. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for food, teamwork, and logistics, we’d love to have you on board

**Your Role**:
As **Operations Manager**, you will be the **heartbeat of our daily operations**, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
**Inventory & Logistics**
- Oversee stock levels, purchase supplies, and maintain organized storage.
- Ensure food truck readiness - from maintenance to cleanliness.

**Event & Food Truck Management**
- Prepare, set up, and dismantle the food truck at **various events** (streetfood festivals, street fairs, local markets).
- Lead a **team of 2-3 staff members** during events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage cash flow, inventory, and financial operations on-site.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver **top-tier service**.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with **food safety and hygiene regulations**.
- Maintain equipment (fridges, ovens, utensils) and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational challenges proactively.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in the food industry** - whether restaurant, catering, or street food.
- **Leadership skills** - experience managing a small team is a plus but not a must
- **Hands-on mentality** - willing to get involved in all aspects of operations.
- **Problem-solver** - quick on your feet, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- **Organizational skills** - ability to handle logistics, stock, and scheduling.
- **Driver’s License Category BE is nice to have**(or willingness to obtain one - training provided).
- **Languages**: English required; German is a plus.
- **Work permit in Switzerland or EU/Schengen citizenship.**

Pay: CHF5’600.00 per month
